Fred Binkowski, with Wisconsin Sea Grant and the UW Milwaukee WATER Institute, talks about his lab's donation of over 500 pounds of yellow perch to the Hunger Task Force. Binkowski is the aquaculture specialist at the University of Wisconsin Sea Grant Institute, and his lab is at the Great Lakes WATER Institute in Milwaukee.
